A Few Simple, But Important Rules
Fires are limited to the fire pits that are
provided at each cabin, and
expressly
prohibited in all other
places.
There are
no lifeguards, or defined swimming
areas. Swim at your own risk. Children under 12 years of age must be
supervised when in, or on the water. Likewise, children under twelve are
required to wear a personal flotation device (PFD) when paddle boating,
canoeing, or row boating. We strongly suggest that everyone follow suit. We
provide PFDs.
DOT NOT FEED OR APPROACH
WILDLIFE. USE CAUTION. GIVE THEM SPACE.
DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE OR
FOOD OUTDOORS. Make noise to deter unwanted guests.
Seek shelter from electrical storms.
Wear swimming/water shoes when in, or near the
water.
Stripping bark and felling trees (regardless of
size) is strictly prohibited.
Dress appropriately for the weather.
