7 nights/up to 8 persons  -  $2300 plus $250 each additional person in excess of eight.
July and August full weeks only, no partial weeks

After Columbus Day through January 1st and After April 1 to last week of June
3 night stay - $900.00  4 night stay - $1,000.00  5 night stay - $1,100.00

Off Season

After January 1st to April 1st
3 night stay - $675.00   4 night stay - $745.00  5 night stay - $815.00
